FOCA, or the Freedom of Choice Act is a bill that, if it is passed, would stop all laws limiting abortion. Go to Chocolate on My Cranium for an in-depth description of it, but basically, it makes it that religious hospitals don't have a choice whether to do abortions or not, and a bunch of other stuff.
