My Favorite Genre

I am a Fantasy lover.  To most people this comes up as a nerd reading dragon books.  I hope I'm not that kind, but who knows?  :)
I probably love reading fantasy because I have a crazy imagination.  And because I love reading fantasy, I write fantasy- and hope to be able to publish it someday!
My current favorite is the Leven Thumps series by Obert Skye.  I absolutely love it.  But, I'm always looking for something better if you have any suggestions!

I also love Romantic Comedy, preferably Mormon ones.  I really like the Robert Farrell Smith books.  They are absolutely hilarious and really cute, too.  I have no idea why the picture's tiny, so please forgive me.  :)
Happy Reading!

I think Robert Ferrel Smith is hysterically funny. I remember reading Baptists at our BBQ in Laramie and laughing so hard when he is trying to get the stain out of her couch and pray at the same time I had tears running down my face. Very funny.

I was a big fantasy fan growing up. Bon Bon and I love the Leven Thumps series. Have you read the Artemis Fowl series? It's another good one.

Both of those are new to me. I'm pretty sure my son will be reading Leven Thumps here in the next couple of years so I think I'll get a head start on it. Thanks!

I have not heard of Robert Ferrel Smith, but I love a good funny story. I wasn't a fan of Leven Thumps, although I do generally like fantasy.

The Leven Thumps series is too close to Harry Potter for me to really get in to, but my husband has really been enjoying them! Maybe I'll give them another go this summer and read them to my kids. As far as suggestions go, Twilight (:D) if you haven't already read those books, Need by Carrie Jones is another good one, and the last one I can think of off the top of my head is the Fablehaven series.
