On Friday all of the boys in the house set off for an 'adventure' to Hill Aerospace Museum in Utah.
If they were going to have a Father's and sons outing- why couldn't the girl's try to outdo them at home??? I think that was the theme of our little outing, anyway. The second the boys left that afternoon, we finished the chores and worked a little, then set off over the river and through the woods to grandma's house. First we had to pick up Chinese for dinner.
At the restaurant there was a totally incoherent chinese lady who bowed to us the second we walked to the door and started babbling to us in 'English.' We were clueless.
After dinner at Grandma's, we opened up our fortune cookies and this is what we got:
Mine: "Someone is interested in you. Keep your eyes open." (I'm sure glad my mom or grandma didn't get that one!)
Mom's: "You will make many changes before settling satisfactorily." (My mom is ALWAYS bugging me about moving every six months. This drives me INSANE- I'd rather not move. But I think this fits her perfectly.)
After that, we went to an ice cream shop and got sundaes, then went home and played with my hair- this is what we got.
